I’ve known Helen since 2016 when I used her to help me get in shape for my wedding. She is one of the most motivating people I have ever met. I went onto to do group sessions training with a friend and Helen pushed us every session. During lockdown I have joined Helen’s online classes and they are fantastic!! She pushes everyone to their own ability, even if there are 2 or 12 people online. Every session is different and a really great workout. I couldn’t recommend her more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Participated from San Francisco. I've taken many livestream classes in the US and Europe during SIP and I've to say this class is one that holds you accountable! Video and audio must be turned on and the instructor is really watching your move and calls you out! Felt like I was back in my HIIT studio! Enjoyed TY :)
