My two biggest passions in life are holidays and exercise! I always try to go on three holidays a year and am trying to visit as many countries as I can! For me it's holiday's over most things...

 

When it comes to exercise, I never used to be into it at all. I only started because I gained weight, wanted to lose it and now I'm hooked. I think if I had never gained weight, there is a chance I'd have never have started to exercise. But now I have, I know that I'd never go back because I love how it makes me feel.

I started my journey in 2008 as a total beginner to exercise and will never forget how that feels. I still make sure to attend classes so I have continuous empathy for how people feel when I train them. Since starting, I've completed various runs, bike rides, swims and triathlons and it's now my job! I have made it my career to help other people achieve great results in their fitness journeys, while I also continue on mine.

 

I like to think that while I take my job seriously, I don't take myself too seriously. I will be the first to admit if I find something difficult, or if there is anything I can't do because I don't think fitness is about being the best person, but the best you can be. I hope that makes me come across as relatable!

 

Everyone is always surprised to hear I'm a fussy eater. Thankfully I eat much more now than I did when I was young. With that in mind, I help with nutritional guidance but I will never tell you what you should and should not eat - it tends to fail with most people as we all have different likes and dislikes and I know that better than anyone!

I currently live in Tooting and train my clients at Tooting Bec Common and have lived here since the end of 2014.

​

If you want to train with me you can come to my classes or book 1-1 or small group personal training sessions. I also have my FIT Plans, which I'm very proud of for if you prefer to train at home in your own time and I am building an on demand library as well!

My Goals

 

  • To help as many people as I can exercise safely, effectively, and consistently

  • To help as many people as I can have a fun and enjoyable fitness experience

  • To help as many people as I can improve their confidence

  • To help as many people as I can gain strength and progress their fitness, regardless of their starting level (there is always a way to make an exercise easier/harder)​

My Values

  • To be kind and empathetic at all times - I also expect the same from my clients. I have zero tolerance to negative comments of judgements towards anyone who is trying to improve on themselves.

  • To always be authentically and unapologetically myself, Some people may not like me, and that's OK

  • To be affordable for most people and competitively priced. I don't believe it having help should just be for the well off

  • To be honesty and act with integrity, to help build bonds and trust with my clients.
