If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to class - I can credit your account.

Please keep your distance from others member's of the class and members of the public - do not gather close together at the start or after class.

There is hand sanitiser available to use before and after class.

All the classes are:

  • 45 minutes - short but sweet

  • Monday's to Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm with a different body focus each class

  • Near Dr Johnson Avenue Carpark

  • Catered to all fitness levels

  • On whatever the weather (sessions will be adapted accordingly)

  • Designed to be challenging and results orientated but fun at the same time

Bring water, option to bring a mat and I advise trail shoes for wetter weather.

MON

FULL BODY FIT

A class that combines cardio and strength work and will focus on training every muscle in the body. This class is a great way to start the week and will motivate, challenge & push you.

TUES

core fit

Combining cardio and core strength work that will focus on your abs, hips and glutes. This class is great for building a strong core, which is the foundation for every exercise.

WEDS

BOX FIT

This class combines boxing with strength and conditioning for a full body workout and members love it. It's a great class for releasing stress and getting stronger and fitter at the same time.

 

I have boxing pads and gloves but you're welcome to bring your own hand wraps or gloves if you prefer to use your own.

THURS

LOWER BODY FIT

Never miss leg day! A combination of lower body exercises to sculpt, tone and strengthen your legs and glutes. Combined with cardio exercises this is a fun, effective and high calorie burning class not to be missed.
