Intermediate FIT Plans
The Intermediate FIT Plan is for anyone that already exercises and is familiar with foundation moves like squats, push-ups, planks, burpees etc.
Only equipment needed is skipping ropes - can be done anywhere
Congratulations, this is weeks 19-24 of the plan, which means you've successfully completed weeks 1-18 and should really be noticing how much stronger and fitter you are. Your committment to stick to the plan is a huge achievement as well, well done.
If and when you feel ready you can move on to the advanced plan so you can keep progressing. Or you can go back to the beginning and maybe add an extra round each time, or maybe an extra 15s onto each exercise.
