The Intermediate FIT Plan is for anyone that already exercises and is familiar with foundation moves like squats, push-ups, planks, burpees etc.


Only equipment needed is skipping ropes - can be done anywhere


Congratulations, this is weeks 13-18 of the plan, which means you've successfully completed weeks 1-12 and already stronger and fitter and still committed to the plan, that is a huge achievement, well done.
