Beginner FIT Plan
The Beginner FIT Plan is for anyone starting out with little to no exercise experience.
Equipment free - can be done anywhere
Congratulations, this is weeks 19-24 of the plan, which means you've successfully completed weeks 1-18 and should really be noticing how much stronger and fitter you are. Your committment to stick to the plan is a huge achievement as well, well done.
If and when you feel ready you can move on to the intermediate plan so you can keep progressing. Or you can go back to the beginning and maybe add an extra round each time, or maybe an extra 15s onto each exercise.
