Advanced FIT Plan


The Advanced FIT Plan is for anyone that already exercises and is familiar with foundation moves like squats, push-ups, planks, burpees etc.


Equipment needed is skipping ropes and Dumbbells, so exercises can be done at home or in a gym.


Congratulations, this is weeks 7-12 of the plan, which means you've successfully completed weeks 1-6 and already getting stronger and fitter and still committed to the plan, that is a huge achievement, well done.
