Advanced FIT Plan


The Advanced FIT Plan is for anyone that already exercises and is familiar with foundation moves like squats, push-ups, planks, burpees etc.


Equipment needed is skipping ropes and Dumbbells, so exercises can be done at home or in a gym.


This is the first 6 weeks of the plan and if and when you feel ready you can move on to the next 6 weeks so you can keep progressing.
