Marathon Training Plan
If you're training for a marathon, this one is for you! (you might enjoy it as a runner and possibly miss out the long runs?)
It's a structured plan to get you to marathon day. It includes a proper running warm up and stretch, strength videos, injury prevention, core and yoga to help get you to race day feeling strong and without injuries.
