Helen G PT: The FIT Plan - Advanced
The Advanced FIT Plan is for anyone that already exercises and is familiar with foundation moves like squats, push-ups, planks, burpees etc.
Equipment needed is skipping ropes and Dumbbells, so exercises can be done at home or in a gym.
The programme is 24 weeks long - but you can start seeing results as quickly as 4 weeks. This plan is all about learning long term healthy habits so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle for life.
