I hope you're enjoying the plan so far and hopefully gaining confidence in the gym and also your own abilities.
There is something so satisying about moving a heavy object, and we are now getting into a smaller rep range for some of the exercises with longer rests meaning we can start to move heavier weights.
Technique comes first before a heavy weight, then your range but as long as you've got that, let's see what you're capable of!
If you're just starting with these gym plans, start at gym plan 1 as we have built to this stage gradually.
