This is the third gym plan of the sequence - watch out for the tempos as these are starting to change. You may need to decrease the weight you use in order to get the timing, but that's OK as in the long run this technique will help improve your strength, so that when you go back to a "normal" tempo, you should be able to lift heavier than before.

 

I recommend going my gym plans in sequencial order, so if you've not done 1 or 2 yet then I'd start there.
