4 weeks of body weight workouts, where you need minimal space, minimal time and no equipment (except for maybe a chair or sofa, but I give options if you don't have that!). All workouts are 45 minutes or under including warm up and cool down.

 

The structure of these workouts is going to give you the focus you need to get fitter faster!
