Faster in 4 Weeks
This plan is all about your cardio fitness with running, cycling and body weight HIIT sessions. They're all designed to get you working hard, sweating and burning loads of calories. There are some optional bonus videos as well with core, breathing and mobility.
The plan also includes 2 fitness tests to track your progress - I'd love to hear how you get on!
The runs are guided, I will take you through a warm up and then you either run outdoors or on a treadmill and I will coach you through an intensity and tell you how long for. We finish with a stretch.
The bike is guided on a stationary bike, a bit like a spin class. I will coach you speed, time and again intensity so you tweak your resistance to match. If you don't have access to a bike you can repeat the run a second time or repeat the HIIT.
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. You do bursts of high effort followed by a rest. The HIIT workouts can be done anywhere, it's body weight and it's all about your explosive power - when you go, you GO!
