28 Day Core Challenge
28 days of core training - we train the abs, side waist, back and booty.
Each workout is varying lengths, and distributed where the longest workouts are usually Mondays and at the weekend.
If you need to re-arrange the workouts to better fit your schedule then do, but remember try and stay as close to the plan as possible.
Make sure you train for your body, and if anything doesn't feel right then stop and seek in person help.
