14 Days of Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow yoga where you hold quite restorative postures for up to 5 minutes in my videos with the aim of letting go, relaxing and feeling calmer. It's not a strength or cardio workout at all, it's working with stillness and quiet. With life being so on the go (very Yang), we all need a bit more Yin in our lives.....
