12 Festive Workouts
12 Festive Themed Workouts that are mostly around 20 minutes. I’ve planned these to be shorter, so you’re more likely to want to press play in the first place. Any movement is always better than no movement.
The workouts are suitable for all levels, but I’ve also added one specifically for beginners as I really wanted to make sure that there is one that every person at any level will feel comfortable doing.
If you've not yet started your fitness journey and you're holding out until the New Year, January is a great time to start exercising, but December is pretty great too!
For regular exercises, December might not be the time we improve our fitness, but it doesn’t mean we have to come to a complete halt, so lets keep moving!
