Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
I offer one-to-one personal training, group personal training and outdoor classes at Tooting Bec Common.
I believe that everyone should be able to exercise so I offer affordable pricing and cater my sessions to all levels of fitness to help you get stronger, fitter and healthier.
For those with a busy schedule, who travel a lot or who don't live locally to Tooting I have also created FIT Plans. These are available for all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced and offer you short home workouts to do in your own time along with guidance for nutrition.
Since the Covid lockdown I'm also now running classes and personal training sessions online, so managing to reach more people, which is very exciting!
