Hi, I'm Helen. I'm a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
My Goals:
-
To help as many people as I can exercise safely, effectively, and consistently.
-
To help as many people as I can have a fun and enjoyable fitness experience.
-
To help as many people as I can improve their confidence.
-
To create a community feel (you're more likely to stick with it if you're with like minded people!)
-
To help as many people as I can improve their fitness, regardless of what level they start (there is always a way to make an exercise easier/harder)

My Values:
-
To be kind and empathetic at all times
(the same applies to others, I have a zero tolerance to negative judgement about anyone trying to improve themselves)
-
To always be authentically and unapologetically myself
(some people may not like me, and that's OK)
-
To be affordable and competitively priced
(I think paying can help with accountability, but exercise shouldn't just be for the well off)
-
To be honest and act with integrity, to help build bonds and trust with others.
In order to help as many people in their fitness journey as possible, I've got the below options:
